Private Sessions

Private sessions offer a range of benefits that can make them especially valuable, depending on your personal goals and needs. You will receive personalized attention, focused on your specific goals, and tailored to your needs. To achieve maximum benefits from Pilates, it is necessary to do the movements correctly and it is of utmost importance to me that you learn proper form and technique. With private instruction, you’ll experience faster progression in strength and in the movements, while minimizing the risk of injury. It also provides an extra layer of motivation and accountability, helping you stay committed to your fitness goals. This can be especially helpful if you struggle with staying motivated in a group setting. Plus, with flexible scheduling options, you can easily fit Pilates into your routine.

Rehabilitation Pilates

Rehabilitation Pilates are private sessions designed to help you recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve mobility and stability. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs, using rehabilitative methods in conjunction with Pilates, that restore strength, flexibility, and proper movement patterns. By focusing on functional movements, core strength, alignment, and posture, rehabilitation Pilates can aid in healing while preventing further injury. These sessions promote recovery by safely rebuilding muscle function and improving overall body awareness.

Pre & Postnatal Sessions

Pre and postnatal Pilates are private sessions designed to support you during and after pregnancy, and promote overall wellness. As your body changes and your belly grows, learn the safe movements for your body and the exercises/positions that give you relief as well as strength. Giving birth is a marathon and it's smart to keep up your endurance and strength.

Postpartum, you'll need a whole new line of defense. We will give attention to those tight/sore pectorals, shoulders, back, and hips, or whatever else may ail you. Many women experience Rectus Diastasis and/or pelvic floor issues. We will address those concerns and learn exercises to get you on the recovery road.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-Private sessions are small group equipment classes with a maximum of 3 persons. This intimate setting allows you more individualized attention and focus on proper form and technique, while still enjoying the motivation and comradery of a group atmosphere. I prioritize a supportive, non-judgmental environment where the focus is on personal progress and well-being, rather than physical aesthetics.
